1. Overview
Welcome to AKIRA New Zealand (“we”, “us”, “our”). We operate this online store powered by Shopify to offer exclusive AKIRA New Zealand branded clothing (the “Services”). These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any referenced policies, govern your access and use of the Services. By using our site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use our Services.
